Dr Cocks has expertise in the biological and psychological management of mental illness. He takes a holistic approach to the management of mental illness and tailors treatment to the unique needs of the individual. Dr Cocks works alongside general practitioners, medical specialists, psychologists and allied health professionals to optimise outcomes for his patients.

Dr Cocks treats outpatients through his consulting rooms at St Leonards and Brookvale. He also admits patients to the mood disorders unit at The Northside Clinic, St Leonards. This is a specialised inpatient facility designed for the assessment and treatment of illnesses such as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
